Account specific roles and responsibilities:
- Processing and following up medical claims, identifying denial reasons for medical procedures, treatments, medication, etc
- Providing accurate information to clients regarding the coverage of their benefits.
- Coordinating with insurance providers regarding issues in payments and billing
Job Description:
- Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
- Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Requirements
- At least 1-year BPO experience handling US Healthcare Insurance
- Good working knowledge in processing claims, benefits, eligibilities, denials
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in SHAW, MANDALUYONG
- Amenable working night shift
