Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join an orthopedic outpatient practice in Independence, MO. In this role, you’ll help patients recover from injuries, improve movement, and get back to their daily activities with confidence.
Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Or (4) 10-hour shifts: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (No weekends!)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Patient Volume:
Your Role:
- Evaluate patients and create personalized rehabilitation plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to support recovery.
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Requirements
What’s Required:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Missouri PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and provide patient-focused care.
- WebPT EMR experience is a plus.
