Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient (Full-Time)
We are hiring a Physical Therapist to provide hands-on, evidence-based care in an orthopedic outpatient setting in Lee’s Summit, MO. This role involves evaluating patients, developing tailored treatment plans, and guiding them through rehabilitation to improve mobility and function.
Schedule Options:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Or (4) 10-hour shifts: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (No weekends)
Compensation:
- $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Patient Volume:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and design customized therapy plans.
- Manage an efficient caseload while maintaining high-quality care.
- Utilize advanced techniques to improve movement and reduce pain.
- Apply non-surgical interventions to support patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Familiarity with WebPT EMR is a plus.
