Requirements
- Medical degree and an active state license to practice Emergency Medicine
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Proven experience managing acute medical and surgical emergencies
- Strong skills in emergency procedures such as intubation, suturing, and advanced life support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and the healthcare team
- Ability to perform under pressure and make rapid, critical decisions
