SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Surgeon. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and surgically treating a range of orthopedic conditions involving the musculoskeletal system. Your expertise will play a critical role in improving the quality of care for our patients and enhancing their recovery processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, performing complex surgical procedures, and overseeing all aspects of post-operative care. You will also engage in patient education, empowering them with information about their conditions and the steps towards recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive examinations to assess the needs of patients.
- Utilize diagnostic tests such as X-rays and MRIs to identify conditions accurately.
- Perform surgical interventions, including but not limited to arthroscopic surgeries, joint replacements, and fracture repairs.
- Develop individualized treatment and recovery plans.
- Monitor and manage post-operative recovery and rehabilitation for patients.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay current with advancements in orthopedic techniques and practices through continuing education.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior surgeons and medical staff.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an orthopedic surgery residency program.
- Board certification in orthopedic surgery.
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice.
- Extensive experience in orthopedic surgical procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
