Retro Fitness, located in downtown Manhattan’s FiDi District at One New York Plaza, is offering Physical Therapists or Physical Therapy groups the opportunity to launch their practices within a Class A, 50 story building. One New York Plaza hosts many Fortune 500 companies as tenants with approximately 9,000 employees. The Retro Fitness facility provides a turnkey opportunity in terms of infrastructure and a captive audience of additional clients from our gym and fitness facility located adjacent to our space. We are seeking Physical Therapists who have an existing base of patients and are eager to grow their practices. Our terms are flexible and negotiable. You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
