● Summary:
○ As the BCBA, you will have the ability to decide how many clients you would like to take on.
○ BCaBA is also available upon request to further facilitate visits and other responsibilities.
○ Unlimited support will be provided on an ongoing basis.
○ Travel could be anywhere from Deerfield Beach to Homestead, depending on your area preferences.
● Responsibilities:
○ Familiarity with the BACB Task List (5th ed.)
○ Familiarity with the BACB Ethics and Discipline Code
○ Work in a center, home, or school setting
○ Attend meetings and trainings as needed
○ Conduct assessments with Lead BCBA
○ Monitoring and quality control of entire case load accepted
○ Providing supervision to RBT’s
○ Maintain open lines of communication with the Lead BCBA and office staff
● Requirements:
○ Medicaid Provider
○ Active BCBA certification
○ Master’s Degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education
○ 8-hour supervision course
○ Experience with children aged 2-18
○ Level 2 clearance
○ Professional Liability Insurance
○ CPR/First Aid/AED certification
○ HIV/AIDS, HIPAA, and OSHA certification
○ Fluent in English and Spanish
○ Reliable transportation and smartphone
○ Strong written and verbal communication skills
○ Strong time management and interpersonal skills
○ Open to feedback
