Micah Solutions FZE is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Foot and Ankle to join our esteemed hospital in Abu Dhabi. As a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon (Foot & Ankle), you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of conditions related to the foot and ankle, providing both surgical and non-surgical interventions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with foot and ankle conditions.
- Formulate personalized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options for injuries and deformities.
- Perform a variety of procedures, including arthroscopy, reconstructive surgery, and joint replacement.
- Supervise and mentor junior orthopedic staff and residents during clinical practice and surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management and rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress post-treatment and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about foot and ankle health, treatment options, and rehabilitation processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedics and foot and ankle surgery.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid DOH license as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon.
- Medical degree with specialization in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Fellowship or additional training in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
- Extensive experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on foot and ankle conditions.
- Strong surgical skills and a thorough understanding of orthopedic principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and high-quality outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced surgical techniques and minimally invasive procedures.
