Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Lee’s Summit, MO. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical setting, providing evidence-based treatment to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
Schedule Options:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Or (4) 10-hour shifts: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (No weekends)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits
Patient Load: 1–2 patients per hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
- Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure high-quality care.
- Apply expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy to guide patients through recovery.
- Implement cost-effective, non-surgical interventions to improve mobility and reduce reliance on medication.
- Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Familiarity with WebPT EMR is a plus.
